November Body Cleansing

So I don't know about everyone else but I ate a lot candy and junk in the month of October. And in order to prepare for another month that revolves around treats (that being December), I thought I'd dedicate the month of November to some healthy eating. I've set the following rules for myself and I challenge anyone else to join me.

  • No Candy ...that's a given.
  • No Soda
  • No fast food, but that doesn't mean no eating out, just no grabbing Wendy's instead of making lunch or dinner.
  • No desserts ...except for Sundays, holidays (Thanksgiving), birthdays and anniversaries, but you can only have one serving EXCEPT for Thanksgiving.
Yes, there are a lot of exceptions but you have to have something to look forward to and we can't be too unrealistic. We're just trying to avoid some of the extra calories and save them for December. Then we can join again in January when we feel disgusting and we're ready for New Year's Resolutions.

What a good idea! I will join you! I have been feeling OLD since eating so much candy around Halloween.

Count me in! Natalie has been sick and home all week and so I haven't been going to the gym...and for some reason I eat really crappy when I'm not working out.
