We have begun Phase 2 of our remodel and we've started on an area we never really gave much attention in our last house...our yard. On Main Street, we mostly just worked with what we had and tried to fight off the weeds all summer long. But we decided that our backyard will be first priority in this house because it has some serious issues that need to be address: window wells, dead trees, tree/bush stumps where I'd like my garden, concrete sinking into the house (basement has flooded a few times), no shed, rotting railroad ties, not completely fenced in, etc..
Cohen loves playing outside so it will be so awesome if we actually have a place for him to go. Anyway, here are our before starting with the prettiest feature (our neighbor's rose bush).

What a great space! When are we having a BBQ so we can get all the peeps down to Orem?
Haha... steve is SOOO not a jerk... in fact he's quite comical... I just had to post those, I thought they were so ironic and funny. And good luck with that yard stuff... that will be so fun to do this summer.
